1. Who we are

This site is operated by Daystrom OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17537299, VAT EE102999776), Tornimäe tn 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia. In these terms, "we", "us", and "Daystrom" mean Daystrom OÜ. Contact: hello@daystromworks.com.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms cover the public website and the self-serve features on it: the free AIO check, the Fix Pack, and call booking. They do not cover paid consulting or development work. Any paid engagement is set out in a separate written agreement (a per-sprint scope and price), which takes precedence over these terms for that work.

3. The website and its content

Content on the site is provided for general information about what we do. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation, and it does not create a client relationship. We may change, suspend, or remove parts of the site at any time.

4. Free AIO check and Fix Pack

The AIO check fetches a URL you submit and returns an automated report. The Fix Pack generates downloadable files (such as robots.txt, llms.txt, and structured-data snippets) based on that analysis. By using these tools you confirm that:

• you own the submitted website or are authorised to request an audit of it;
• you will not use the tools to attack, overload, scan without authorisation, or probe sites you do not control;
• you accept reasonable rate limits, and that we may block abuse.

The reports and generated files are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. They are suggestions to review and adapt, not a guarantee of search ranking, AI citation, traffic, or any specific result. You are responsible for what you publish on your own site. Generated reports and Fix Pack bundles are stored for a limited time and then deleted, as described in our privacy policy.

5. Booking calls

Calls are scheduled through a third-party booking widget (Cal.com). Booking a call is a request to talk, not a contract for paid work. Either side may reschedule or cancel.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site or tools for anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
• interfere with or disrupt the site, its security measures, or its infrastructure;
• scrape, resell, or systematically extract the tools or their output beyond ordinary personal or business use;
• misrepresent your authority over a website you submit for audit.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, and source code are owned by Daystrom or its licensors and are protected by copyright. The files the Fix Pack generates for your own website are yours to use for that website. Nothing here transfers ownership of the tools themselves or of any of our other materials.

8. Paid engagements

Paid work is delivered by Daystrom OÜ under a separate written agreement. As a rule, engagements run as two-week sprints, each with a fixed scope and price agreed in advance. AI usage in production is billed separately and scoped to volume. Ownership of deliverables, support, and any warranties are set out in that agreement. Where required, VAT is applied per the applicable rules and shown on the invoice. These website terms do not, by themselves, oblige either side to enter into paid work.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and the free tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daystrom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or the free tools. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or the statutory rights of consumers.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Estonia have jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also be able to bring proceedings there.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site or its features change. The current version is the one published on this page. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
